| Announcement: Seeking a new District II Frequency Coordinator |

Long time District II Frequency Coordinator Dan Williams has decided to step down from his position. Dan did a terrific job for the District and his knowledge and experience will be missed. Thanks Dan for your many years of service.
If you have an electronic or technical background and would like to volunteer your time to serve as the District's Frequency Coordinator, please send your resume' directly to Gary Fitch - AMA District II V.P. at gmfitch@hotmail.com. I look forward to hearing from you.

| Announcement: AMA DIstrict II has move to another Server |

To better serve AMA Districtii, a decision was made to move The AMA District II website to a different Server. With any change comes some minor issues and those will be addressed as soon as they are identified.
There are some really good changes that came out of this move.
#1 - More Disk Space - 1,500 Gigabytes
#2 - Higher Bandwidth - 15,000 GIGs/month
#3 - Less Cost to the AMA
#4 - District II can now become a host to your domain name. If you club has a domain name and are paying to host on another server, you can now be hosted here on AMA District II's server for free and still use your domain name.
#5 - If your club wants to use PHPBB, Joomla or PHPNuke or any other content management system, let me know and I will set you up with that program.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If someone is having a problem with their site, you need to contact me at the webmaster email address. I know that most of the clubs are creating their own websites and keeping them current. With this change,...

Let me say Hi to everyone, I have taken over as Webmaster for the AMA District II Website. My name is Ray Kappes and I live in Clifton Park, NY. I have been in this hobby since 1969 and love it. I also love working on Websites.
Doug Crawford did a fantastic job creating and maintaining this site and I will do my best to support it. Please feel free to email me about what you would like to see on the site, without you, this is not a site!
I have been in touch with Doug lately and he has been an extreme help in getting me started with the site. I do hope that he continues to keep in touch with us and everyone.
Thank You Doug for your support.
I look forward to providing the website with the best support I can deliver!
