The New AMA District II Webserver To better serve AMA Districtii, a decision was made to move The AMA District II website to a different Server. With any change comes some minor issues and those will be addressed as soon as they are identified. There are some really good changes that came out of this move.
#1 - More Disk Space - 1,500 Gigabytes #2 - Higher Bandwidth - 15,000 GIGs/month #3 - Less Cost to the AMA #4 - District II can now become a host to your domain name. If you club has a domain name and are paying to host on another server, you can now be hosted here on AMA District II's server for free and still use your domain name. #5 - If your club wants to use PHPBB, Joomla or PHPNuke or any other content management system, let me know and I will set you up with that program.

Hello Everyone, For the last few months I have been working on getting the AMA District II Website up and running on new software and a new platform. So far I have been successful and I want to thank everyone for their patience. I did have an issue with email in the beginning and if you sent me a question and I did not get back to you, please do not feel like I ignored you! What I found out was any emails I was sending were not going out. This issue has been resolved so now I am confident that I am answering the emails. If your club has or wants a website for their own, please get in contact with me and I will do my best to make it happen. You will need someone within your club to create and maintain it, and I will work with them to make the site work for you. The new site also contains a calendar of events. Please at this time email me using the contact link on the main page with the information and I will get your club event listed on the site. My hope is to make this available so certain registered members will be able to do this without my help. If you are interested in doing this, please contact me. You may have noticed that I have removed any links for email directly to the webmaster. I no longer want all the enhancement products that keep getting into my email on a daily basis! I look forward to improving the District II Website in the future. Ray |

Futaba TM-7 Module and 6EX and 7C FASST This service advisory affects only owners of the Futaba TM-7 module and 6EX and 7C FASST systems. Each FASST transmitter contains a unique eight digit identification code, programmed at the factory to identify the respective transmitter and to allow a receiver to be paired only to that radio's signal. Recently we have learned that a very small number of the TM-7 modules, and 6EX and 7C FASST systems were incorrectly coded with a common code number during the manufacturing process. These units were subsequently sold prior to our awareness of the situation.
If two or more units, utilizing this common identification code, were to be in use simultaneously, they may cause interference with one another. Please note: Units which utilize the correct identification code will not be affected by these units.

About the Website
Welcome to the new AMA District II Website. We needed to make this change to update our software for the forum. Everything is still available on the website so take a look around to find your old favorites. Your old login should still work, if there is an issue, please send an email to the Webmaster. If your club is having an event, send the webmaster an email with the information and we will post the event on the calendar for you. There is still a lot of work to go on this, so any suggestions are welcome. I will be adding modules to the site from time to time to make it better. There are a few bugs still left in the site, and I am working on them. This website is a work in progress and will always be updated to keep District II on top. Thanks, Ray Kappes, Webmaster of AMA District II Website CONTACT District II Webmaster
