CAMS Meeting Minutes
Attendance: Wilber Turner, Dan Hutchings, Ron Leopardi, Joe Discenza, John Reed, Don Pierce, Rob Carlo Erick Grisel and Paul Osinski
John Reed called the meeting to order at 6:56pm
Treasurer’s report was read and accepted.
New Business:
Paul Osinski announced the Model Aircraft Forum being held at the Syracuse Academy of Science located at 1001 Park Avenue. The event will be held on January 26th from the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Old Business:
Wilber has thought over the job of cutting the field all season. He is willing to do it for $15.00 per week providing the club supplies the gas and lawn tractor.
It was decided that that decision would be tabled for a future meeting.
The date of the Pancake Breakfast was voted on and accepted for May 11th (Mothers Day) as long as the ELKS will allow us to have it. Member participation is needed. Members will be required as servers, setup and cleanup.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting 7:56 p.m... Motion carried by two of the members.
