CAMS Meeting Minutes
Attendance: Mike Feint, Rebecca Feint, Joe Ludwig, Steve Lissberger, Dan Hutchings, Dorothy Hutchings, Ron Leopardi, June Leopardi, Wilber Turner, Marge Turner, Rob Carlo, Tony Steiner, Dena Steiner, Tory Steiner, Jim Travis, Tiffany Travis and Paul Osinski.
Wilber Turner called the meeting to order at 1:20PM.
Minutes from last month’s meeting read. Accepted by Tony – seconded by Dan
Treasurer’s report was read, motion made by Dan – seconded by Wilber - and accepted.
Old Business:
Wilber reported that John Reed told Wilber that the club can get the materials for the new structure from the same wholesaler that we got the material from last time.
Tony reported that he has started on the plans for the new structure. Tony suggested that the new building be made moveable so the club can move it anytime after construction. This idea was voted all in favor.
An announcement that the John Deer has been sold for $100.00 and the funds have been added to the club checking account.
The club voted all in favor of allowing Dan Hutchings dues be waved in exchange for the work done and maintenance of the new lawn tractor.
Paul gave out certificates of appreciation. The certificates were worded in the following manner.
This Certificate is awarded to (Club Members Name) In recognition of valuable contributions of our Mother’s Day Breakfast 2008. The awards were signed by Wilber Turner, Erick Grisel and Paul Osinski.
Present to receive their certificates were: Ron Leopardi, June Leopardi and Marge Turner.
Members not present to receive their certificate were: Elson Shields, Gary Howe and Debi Howe.
Wilber made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:29. seconded by Dan.
