CAMS Meeting Minutes
Attendance: Joe Ludwig, Ron Leopardi, Wilber Turner, Tony Steiner, Gary and Debi Howe, Mike Briglio, Joe Discenza and Paul Osinski.
Wilber Turner called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM.
Minutes from last month’s meeting read. Accepted by Joe Dicenza – seconded by Debi
Treasurer’s report was read, motion made by Joe Discenza – seconded by Debi - and accepted.
Old Business:
None
Old New Business:
Tony reported that with the material list he has made for the new proposed building it would cost approximately $1000.00. The material list will be sent to John Reed so that the wholesaler can price out what he can supply us.
New Business:
The fall picnic was discussed and decided that the date for that will be September 20th with a rain date of the 21st.
No door prizes was the consensus for the picnic.
Postage for mailing the fliers was voted in, first by Tony, seconded by Joe.
RSVP’s for the picnic will be received by Debi.
Debi announced that the Christmas party will be held at Howe’s home again this year.
Wilber called the meeting to a close at 7:15 – seconded by Paul and third motion by Tony.
