CAMS Meeting Minutes
Attendance: Ron Leopardi, June Leopardi, Dan Hutchings, Debi Howe, Joe Dicenza and Paul Osinski.
Paul Osinski called the meeting to order at 6:47PM in Erick’s and John’s absence.
Treasurer’s report was read, motion to accept made by Debi and seconded by Dan.
Old Business:
Joe Dicenza donated and delivered a picnic table to the club field for when it is needed. It will need minor repair. Thank you Joe.
Matt Gray has resigned from the club because of family commitments but may join again in the future as he gets more fee time.
Robert Palmer has also resigned as he has moved out of Cortland.
New Business:
In honor of Larry Potter, a motion was made to donate $100.00 to the L J Potter Vintage Aeronautical Scholarship Fund sent by the club. Dan first to motion, Joe seconded. Motion voted to accept was unanimous.
A discussion of the best Saturday for the Christmas party was decided on for the date of December 15 at the home of Debi and Gary Howe.
A motion made to reimburse Debi for postage for mailing the Christmas party fliers, First to motion was Ron followed by a second by Dan.
As we all know our aging lawn tractor will need replacing for the next season. In order to do this it is felt that a fund raiser will be necessary. Please bring your thinking caps to the Christmas party as it will be part of the agenda.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 7:25 pm. Debi accepted the motion and Dan followed with a second.
