to the home
of the Staten Island Radio Control Modelers (SIRCM).
We have put this site together for Members, Family, Friends and
everyone who has an interest in Radio Control Modeling (R/C).
Although much of what you will see is about R/C Aeromodeling,
our members' interests span the spectrum from R/C Cars, Boats,
Planes, and almost anything you can put a receiver into and make
it move. The members of the SIRCM enjoy the friendship of
fellow modelers and time to getaway from the everyday and be a
kid again. Our members range in age from their teens to
their late 80's.
Friends,
Family and of cause New Members are always welcome.
If you would like to stop by and visit our field or come to one
of our monthly meetings to find out what the SIRCM are all about
click the Directions link to find us. We are a family
oriented club with a long history, so all are welcome.
SIRCM has also been named on of a few
TAG clubs in New York State.
Takeoff
And Go
(TAG) enables newcomers to
experience R/C Flying without having to invest anything but a
little time. You will Fly with one of our Instructors on
what is called a Buddy Box System with one of the Clubs
Trainers. With a little pre-takeoff instruction you will
be in the air in no time. This program is open to
Everyone, young and old. For more
information click the Join Link to the Left.
Our next meeting is April

be held in three (3) categories, SCALE, SPORT and ARF and Best

touches completed. Entry Forms will be available shortly.
